CDO ou DSI : démarrer ma transformation Data Mesh

Data Mesh is often seen as a buzzword, yet behind it lies a concrete shift in how organizations structure and scale their data strategy. In this talk, I explain what Data Mesh really is, why it emerged, and what it is made of (domain ownership, data as a product, self-serve data platform, federated governance). The goal is to demystify the concept, show when it makes sense to implement it, and highlight the prerequisites for success. Finally, I will outline the very first steps a CDO or CIO can take to start such a transformation.
