A few weeks after going live, my team and I had 3 developers work full-time calling dozens of clients that needed help completing the user flow. and only 2 developers working on improving the platform. From that, we managed to reduce the time spent for technical support to only 1h. During the talk, I will share my experience with you on the good practices to limit as much as possible the need for technical support.
