ScalaMatsuri 2020

Event from 15 May 2020 to 16 May 2020
Close the 01 Feb 2020

We are excited to announce that ScalaMatsuri will be held on May 15th (Friday) and 16th (Saturday), 2020 at Tokyo International Exchange Center.
Please submit your talk for the general sessions.
For 2020 edition, we are adding a new track to increase more talks for Scala beginners, making the total to four tracks, of which two will have professional interpreters translating to/from English-Japanese at real time. The CFP will close at 2020, February 1st (Saturday) 23:59 Anywhere on Earth (or Feb 2, 20:59 JST).

Matsuri, meaning festival, is about time and space out of the everyday. It’s about mustering up the courage to do something cool (even though we are normally shy).
We want to make it a fun experience, regardless of gender, race, and many different backgrounds.
All participants, including speakers and sponsors, are asked to be respectful to each other and follow the code of conduct.

As one of largest international Scala conferences in Asia, we want to make it a fun event for both the domestic audience and those visiting Japan from overseas.
